Who we are

This website is operated by Kidz Paint Party Ltd, registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria under RC number 7567052, trading as KidzPaint by Sip and Paint .NG. We run guided art sessions, birthday parties, holiday camps, and free community events for children and families in Lagos and Abuja.

What personal data we collect

We collect information that you give us directly, including:

  • your name and the name of the child or children taking part;
  • contact details such as email address and phone number;
  • booking and enquiry details, including preferred venue, session type, date, number of guests, and any dietary or access requirements;
  • messages you send us through WhatsApp, email, or our enquiry forms.

When you browse the site, we also receive standard website analytics data through Google Analytics. This may include the pages you visit, your general location (city or region level), the type of device and browser you use, and how you move through the site. This data is anonymised and does not identify you by name.

Why we collect it

We use your personal data to:

  • process bookings and enquiries for sessions, parties, and camps;
  • communicate with you about your reservation, including reminders and any changes;
  • keep children safe by noting allergies, access needs, or other important information you share with us;
  • understand how visitors use the website so we can improve it;
  • send occasional updates about new venues, programmes, or schedule changes, only where you have asked us to.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics, which places small cookies on your device to collect anonymised usage data. Google may process this data in line with its own terms. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/.

You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies will not stop the site from working, but it will reduce the quality of the usage data we use to improve it.

Third parties

We use WhatsApp as one of our communication channels for bookings and enquiries. Messages you send to our WhatsApp number are handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy practices.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We only share data with service providers when it is necessary to run our service, such as payment processors or venue partners involved in fulfilling your booking, and only the minimum data needed.

Data retention and your rights

We keep your personal data only for as long as we need it to provide our service, respond to enquiries, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Once it is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act, you have the right to:

  • ask what personal data we hold about you;
  • request corrections to inaccurate information;
  • ask us to delete your personal data where there is no legal reason for us to keep it;
  • object to or restrict certain types of processing.

How to contact us

If you have questions about this policy, want to exercise any of your rights, or need to update or delete your data, please contact us:

Compliance

We process personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act and applicable Nigerian data protection regulations. We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the data we hold, including limiting access to those who genuinely need it to run sessions and respond to families.
