- When do you arrive?
- Our team arrives 30 minutes before your start time and stays up to 5 hours.
- Do I need tables?
- You provide the space and tables, or rent ours.
- What about materials?
- Guests use our materials during the party and keep their finished artwork.
- Guest count changes
- Please send any changes to your guest count at least 3 days before your party. Extra guests can be added at the per-guest price in your quote. Payments are non-refundable, including for guests who don't attend or a lower headcount on the day.
- Can I cancel?
- Payments are non-refundable. You can reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice.
