Who we are

This website is operated by Kidz Paint Party Ltd, registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria under RC number 7567052, trading as KidzPaint by Sip and Paint .NG. These terms apply to everyone who uses this website or books a session with us.

Acceptance of terms

By using this website, submitting an enquiry, or booking a session, you accept these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site or make a booking. These terms apply alongside any booking confirmation or invoice we send you.

Bookings and payment

Bookings are confirmed only after we issue an invoice and receive your payment by bank transfer. An invoice does not guarantee a reserved slot until payment has cleared. Prices quoted on the site or in correspondence are subject to availability and may change, but once an invoice is issued the price is locked for that booking.

Cancellations and refunds

All payments are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or changes of mind. This applies to sessions, parties, camps, and any other paid event. Please check dates, times, and venue details carefully before you pay.

If you give us at least 48 hours notice before your session, we can reschedule your booking, subject to availability at the original location. If your preferred new date is not available there, we will offer an alternative from among our other venues.

Photography and media

Our sessions may be photographed or filmed for marketing, social media, and promotional use. Photos and videos taken at events may appear on this website, our marketing materials, and related channels. If you or your child prefer not to be included, please tell a member of the team in advance of the session.

Supervision and safety

For regular venue sessions, children aged 2 to 6 must have a parent or caregiver present throughout the session. Children aged 7 and above may be dropped off, but parents and caregivers remain responsible for their child's conduct, wellbeing, and any belongings at all times.

We take reasonable care to provide a safe environment, but we are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost property that occur during a session.

Use of the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse the site by introducing viruses or harmful code, scraping content, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or interfering with how the site works. We reserve the right to restrict access if we believe these rules are being broken.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, photography, graphics, logos, and branding, belongs to Kidz Paint Party Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any part of the site for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

We run our sessions with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, Kidz Paint Party Ltd is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or unforeseeable loss arising from your use of the site or attendance at an event. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the booking in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The latest version will always be published on this page with the date it was last updated. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
