What can I do with my 10 year old in Lagos this weekend?
Saturdays Club runs 9AM to 1PM at The Side Bar in Lekki, and Comic Club runs 3PM to 6PM at Alali Studio in Victoria Island. Chess Hour is free every Sunday at 3PM, while Silent Book Club Jr. in Lekki is free once a month on Sundays at 2PM. You can also book a painting or pottery session at any of our venues.
Where can I host a 10th birthday party in Lagos?
Pick any venue on this page. Families with 7 to 11 year olds often choose 234 Lofts, The Atrium Lagos, 788 On The Sea or The Garden Ikoyi, or the Remote Package so we come to your home. Tell us the date and we will help you choose.
Are there indoor activities for 7 to 11 year olds in Lagos?
Yes. Alali Studio in Victoria Island is an indoor creative studio, and Book Cafe by Bubbletii is fully indoor too. Every KidzPaint session can also run inside your own home with the Remote Package.
Can I drop off my 8 year old?
Yes. From age 7 you are welcome to drop off and come back at pick-up time. If you would rather stay, you are always welcome to.
Is Comic Club right for my 9 year old?
Comic Club is for ages 8 to 14, so a 9 year old fits right in. It runs on Saturdays from 3PM to 6PM at Alali Studio, and costs ₦25,000 per session or ₦90,000 for a four-week block.
My 11 year old says they are too old for kids' parties. Any ideas?
Try a more grown-up project such as tote bag painting, candle making or jewellery making. They go home with something they will actually use. Our teen activities page has more ideas for older kids.
